The Offering Memorandum was designed to elevate the perception of the asset while remaining grounded in its architectural character.
A refined editorial system, warm neutral palette, historic imagery, and Art Deco–inspired details reference the building’s past as the Federal Trust Building, creating a presentation that feels considered, sophisticated, and appropriate to its history.
