THE BOUNDARY
The Offering Memorandum for The Boundary was designed to present a large-scale mixed-use development opportunity spanning Hoboken and Jersey City. With a complex program encompassing residential, retail, office, parking, and public spaces, the design needed to communicate the scale and potential of the development while keeping a substantial amount of information clear and approachable.
A contemporary editorial system pairs architectural renderings with bold typography, structured layouts, and a restrained green and blue palette. Oversized graphic elements and layered compositions reinforce the project’s urban character, while diagrams, plans, maps, and data-driven spreads translate the more technical aspects of the opportunity into a cohesive visual narrative.
The result is a presentation that balances vision with detail—positioning The Boundary not simply as a collection of buildings, but as a connected mixed-use destination along the Gold Coast.
